What is the molecular shape of NH2OH?

Wikipedia says that its a tetrahedral but to me it seems to be a trigonal pyramidal. Is there a reason as to why it would be a tetrahedral instead?

Answer 1

The electron pair geometry around N is tetrahedral, but there is one lone pair, making the molecular geometry trigonal pyramidal.

Answer 2

The N atom is tetrahedral with one apex occupied by the lone pair so trigonal pyramid just like NH3.
