The circumference of the deck is π*1000m = 3142m

For a point on the deck to travel 3142m at 70m/s would take:

x = v*t

t = x/v = 3142/70 = 44.9 seconds

You could also calculate from the radian frequency:

θ = ω*t

t = θ/ω = 2*π/(.14) = 44.9 seconds
