I’m 16, and i am looking for a job. The job i want requires that you need to lift 50lbs and carry it 75 yards on a regular basis. I am 5’11 and weigh 140 lbs, and i am a guy. I don’t work out, or exercise, so i was wondering if it would be heavy for me?

They say you may have to lift 50 lbs but you might not even have to lift 25 lbs..

my work requires me to lift atleast 100 lbs, but thats just a “requirement” because i never do any heavy lifting, and if i do rarely, i have the help of 4-5 people

Seems heavy for your weight. Try going to the grocery store and carrying 5 ten pound bags of potatoes. Then see if you can do it for hours on end.
